(This is the cartoon version of my straight-haired alter ego... she's also from Hawaii, I guess.)When the sun comes out and it's a 60+ degree day in the city (and ordering ice coffee becomes the norm at Starbucks,) I see a positive change in my personality. Maybe my "seasonable depression" switches off or it's because I'm born in the summer, but I just become so happy.
I'm sure this happens to other people. Does it? (Please don't tell me I'm weird!)
You're not alone but I do think it has to do with being born in the summer (I was born in June). I love when nice weather returns, makes me so much happier!
ReplyDeleteAside from the girl part, yes. On Tuesday I got out in the sun, went for a walk at the Capitol. It made me happy :)

ReplyDeleteSame thing happens to me! Born in April! LOVE the sun. Moving to NYC from FL actually makes me appreciate it that much more!

You are certainly not alone.. Though I am on my little college campus, I still feel like a completely different person when the sun comes out and I have a cup of jo in tote. Life suddenly becomes more beautiful haha. And I am coming to NYC next year!! Looking so forward to it!!
